second entry for `photonig's "Reverse Lens" contest [link]
my bad! I completely spaced some details for you all  This was shot using my 50mm 1.8 lens REVERSED a.k.a "Poor Man's Macro" (meaning taking your lens and instead of attaching it normally to your camera you HOLD the front of the lens to the camera body. This allows you to get VERY close to your subject) up against a 12mm kenko extension tube.it's been partially desaturated, contrast and black levels boosted in Adobe Lightroom. This one makes my mind all kinds of happy on many levels.
